Delivery and Returns
Our delivery partners have measures in place in order to carry out contactless delivery. Due to the ongoing Pandemic there may be delays which are beyond our control, we will be working safely to overcome these difficulties.
Our returns period is 14 days, from the date of shipping.
If your order is received by 2pm Monday - Friday we will aim to have this shipped the next day. If orders are made after 2pm on Friday or on Weekends, your order will aim to leave NBT on Monday.

Delivery of orders to the Republic of Ireland are charged at a flat rate of €10

Free Standard UK Delivery over €150
Delivery of orders to UK are charged at a flat rate of €10.

At Nina's Boutique we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, please return your garment within 14 days of shipment of goods with proof of purchase, unused and in its original packaging with all info tags attached for a full refund.
You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Therefore, items must be their original condition with labels attached.
Email to receive your Returns Authorization (RA) number and return address.
We recommend that items are returned using recorded mail. Unfortunately, we are not liable for lost goods. Nina's Boutique is not liable for any customs fees that may be incurred on orders being shipped to or from the UK or the rest of the world.
We offer in store returns at Nina’s Boutique Trim, during normal trading hours, simply bring your item(s) and your receipt for refund, store credit or exchange.
If the goods are faulty, we will refund you for the order in full, including the return postage costs. The amount will be in accordance with our standard delivery charges.
When goods are received by us your credit card (the one used for the purchase) will be credited with the cost of the item returned.
Should you decide to exchange the item, you will not be charged for postage by us for the exchanged item.
Sale items of 50% or over cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales of items of 50% or over are final.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
